Winston Riley
CEO/Founder
Winston grew up in the suburbs of Kansas City, Missouri and joined the US Army in 1972 during the Vietnam conflict. After successfully serving three years as a Mortar Gunner and then a legal clerk in the military, he immediately engaged in business and has spent nearly 50 years in leadership positions in sales and marketing within the food industry, health and exercise industry, art distribution, and most recently as the Founder of the US Solar Coalition.
Kristine "Tina" Banquerigo
Director of Marketing/Communications
Tina grew up in the City of General Santos, Philippines and at the age 18, she moved to Manila to embark on her professional career. She has worked as an Instructional Designer and as a Reporting Analyst, handling global sites in the United States, Jamaica, Guatemala and the Philippines.
She holds a BS degree in Accounting from Mindanao State University, and worked as a senior bookkeeper in accounting firms based in New York and Georgia.

Sherylyn Santos
Executive Vice President Of Operations
Sherilyn is from Cavite, Philippines, and has a strong background in customer service, sales, data analysis, and management. As a proud single parent, she has mastered balancing a demanding career with the responsibilities of parenthood, which has strengthened her ability to stay focused and organized at work.
Having worked in different countries and as a certified Mental Health First Aider, Sherilyn values the importance of mental well-being, especially for remote teams. This allows her to create a supportive work environment where both clients and employees thrive.

Ralph MBA Essa
Account Supervisor
Ralph grew up in Gabon, Africa and is a self-taught artist, architectural engineer, and entrepreneur. He is Account supervisor and systems designer for our Manila office and is a key member of the executive team, applying his substantial creative and technical skills. Besides working on the Healthcare Division, he is Chief Operation Officer for our Architectural Engineering Department.
